1、begin to shudder 开始颤抖

　　The car had begun to shudder and was losing speed. 汽车开始颤抖并开始逐渐减速。

　　2、give the steering wheel a little shake 轻轻摇了摇方向盘

　　I gave the steering wheel a little shake. 我轻轻摇了摇方向盘。

　　3、grip the edge of one's seat very hard 攥紧座椅边缘

　　So I had to  grip the edge of my seat very hard. 所以我不得不攥紧座椅边缘。

　　4、give a nasty wobble 剧烈摇晃

　　The car gave a nasty wobble. 汽车剧烈摇晃了一下。

      5、a loud clunk 哐啷一声

　　There was a loud clunk, a splutter, and the engine died completely. 哐啷一声，接着噼啪一声，引擎彻底熄火了。

      6、swing the steering wheel around拼命转动方向盘

　　Our driver yelled, and swung the steering wheel around. 司机大喊道，拼命转动方向盘。

      7、an earsplitting bang 一阵震耳欲聋的巨响

　　With an earsplitting bang of metal on wood, we hit the thick tree trunk.一阵金属与树木撞击的巨响，我们撞在了粗大的树干上。

      8、crumpled hood 变形的引擎

　　Steam was billowing from under the crumpled hood. 变了形的引擎盖下面冒出滚滚蒸气。

　　9、hit the windshield 撞到了挡风玻璃上A golf-ball-sized lump was throbbing on my friend's head where she had hit the windshield.我朋友的头撞到了挡风玻璃上，鼓起一个高尔夫球那么大的肿包。
