范文(7分)
By observing a toddler's natural behavior, scientists may foretell if it is potential to become a criminal several decades later. I believe this judgement is reasonable to some degree but this predicted consequence can be controlled and prevented by several factors.
This statement is derived from reason of both sides. As for the human nature, it is an unbreakable law to obey that human beings, or, in a larger scale, allcreatures have to protect their own benefits to go against the most perilous nature, even intermittently this infringes others’ interests and rights. Therefore, the possibility to violate artificial rules is imprinted in ourgene, descended from ancestors millions of years ago. However, in regard to the influence of nurture, the growing environment and upbringing education is morevital. It is true that a hostile and impoverished surrounding determines anoffensive and extreme personality towards others while a well-educating and peaceful one works reversely before maturity.
To prevent possible future commissions, the authorities, the key party on thisissue, should undertake the following tasks. Firstly, it is essential to provide a social background with less conflict between race and classes, and adequate subsistence level, in which case, the total hatred in the society isless provocative to criminal behaviors. Secondly, education, especially onmorality and belief, also plays a significant role as is known to all. Lastly, a relatively flawless law system is required to a strong deterrent and thus prevents youngsters to develop in a detrimental direction, which depends onschooling as well.
To sum up, it is unreliable for the young to fight against the instincts and the governors should be responsible for theprecautions.
