  How many calories we eat appears more important than what we eat when we eat too much.当我们大吃特吃的时候,我们摄入多少卡路里似乎比饭量更为重要。

  More than one billion adults are overweight. The World Health Organization calls obesity a global epidemic.全球有10亿以上的成年人体重超标。世界卫生组织称肥胖是一种全球性流行病。
