　　 A meal out at a good restaurant or even a pizza parlour can set you back a small fortune, so cooking for yourself makes financial sense.在一家不错的餐厅甚至是在披萨店里吃饭可能会花掉你一大笔钱，所以自己做饭是具有经济意义的。

　　But with the rise in food prices, it's important to be a savvy shopper to keep your food bill in check.但是随着食品价格的上涨，为了控制你的食品账单，明智的购物是很重要的。

　　Our supermarket shelves are packed with a tempting array of food items: from the daily staples, like bread and milk, to the exotic, like mangoes and saffron. 我们超市的货架上摆满了各种诱人的食品:从面包和牛奶等日常主食，到芒果和藏红花等珍奇食品。
