郑州新东方今日带来雅思写作：非谓语动词两句（文末有福利哦！）

　　1.在这种条件下工作不是享受而是折磨,由于工资低，以及离家远。

　　Working in such condition is not a pleasure but a suffer because of low wages and far from home.

　　易错点：部分学生写成：Working in such condition is more a pleasure than a sufferdue to its low wages and long distance from home.这句在语法上没错误，但是意思正好相反，与其说是折磨还不如说是享受
      这是more + A + than + B的一个特殊的比较句式，表示“与其说是B，还不如说是A”，常连接两个名词、形容词、副词、介词短语等。例如：
      She is more a writer than a scholar. 与其说她是学者，不如说她是作家。
      He is more mad than brave. 与其说他勇敢，不如说他疯了。(more mad不可改为madder)
      He drove more steadily than slowly. 与其说他车开得慢，不如说他开得稳。
      知识点：no...but...与not...but
      no...but...的意思是：不…但是…
      举例：1.I had no option but to pretend ignorance.
                  我别无他法，只能假装不知道。
               2.We had no option but to abandon the meeting.
                  我们别无选择，只有放弃这次会面。
      not...but...的意思是：不是…而是…
      举例：I'm not sure* but it sounds like Miya's mother.
               我不太确定，不过听起来有点像米娅的妈妈

　　2.我们在治理空气污染上，依旧存在困难。

　　We still have difficulty (in) dealing with air pollution.

　　易错点：部分学生写成have difficulties in doing，这是不规范的写法，通常我们在这个短语中使用单数形式，

      N-COUNT A difficulty is a problem. 难题

      ...the difficulty of getting accurate information

      .…获得准确信息的困难。

      N-UNCOUNT If you have difficulty doing something, you are not able to do it easily.
