      2、prohibit，指比较正式地通过法律或政府禁止。“禁止，不准”，指通过法律、法令、警告等做出禁止命令的正式规定或规则。固定搭配为prohibit sb. from doing sth.(禁止某人做某事)例子：Strictly prohibit from using solar lamp to heat stoving.严禁用太阳灯加热烘干。

      3、ban，语气最强，一般是权威人士发出严厉的禁止，只能以物作宾语。指合法地或由于社会压力而禁止，含谴责或不赞成的态度。ban sb from (doing) sth 禁止某人做/参与某事ban sth 禁止某事如：ban the book（查禁此书）例子：the company absoutely bans smoking within its buildings.公司内部禁止吸烟。

　　后面的for the reason是个固定搭配，译成“由于，因为”

　　that引导的同位语从句是来修饰“reason”

　　这个句子虽然很长，但是翻译出来把主语与从句之间的关系处理的非常得当；
